I've been messing with this AI video generator, and honestly, the free tier is pretty generous. You get a few credits to play with, and it's wild how quickly it turns your text into a short clip. My first attempt was a shaky landscape, but after tweaking the prompt, I got a decent cartoon cat sneaking through a neon cityscape. It's a good way to see if the tool fits your needs without spending a dime.
